The Follow-up program reinforces the core teaching skills of instructors through Build-up Certification (BUC).
The program puts an emphasis on group work in a peer-to-peer learning environment to facilitate discussion and the sharing of ideas and completion of an optional paid survey at the end of the day of certification gives instructors an avenue for feedback.
