NOVA Initial Training is the program that Gaba instructors can undertake to instill them with the core teaching skills required to teach NOVA lessons for adult students.
This training contains:
- An overview of NOVA’s regular lessons and levels
- An introduction to the lesson stages and timings of NOVA’s lessons
- Guidance on how to conduct each of the lesson stages
- Practice of language input techniques
- Advice on and practice setting up activities with students in groups
