Lobby Service: Connecting with Parents & Guardians

This training will provide you with the knowledge and skills to understand the purpose and steps of lobby service, and to provide excellent and engaging lobby service to both NBK students and their guardians.

You will be able to:

• show parents and guardians what was covered in the lesson and what their children have learned
• involve parents and guardians, and help them see for themselves the progress the students are making
• inform parents and guardians of the content of the lessons, facilitating Home Study support and encouraging English use and practice outside of the NOVA classroom
• build trust and help parents and guardians see directly the return on their investment of time and money
